Creating a floor plan

Creating a floor plan is legally required in the Netherlands when selling or (partially) letting your home or other type of property. For real estate agents, lessors, housing corporations and private property owners, we are the go-to address to have these floor plans created.

All floor plans we create fully comply with the official Dutch NEN 2580 standard that offers both you and your counterparty certainty about the standards and surface measurements used in this process.

Furthermore, all measurements are made in accordance with standard definitions such as the gross and net floor surface. For rental properties, we can also calculate the lettable floor surface, dividing the various areas in one property for multiple lessees.
